Pre-Order Items
The suggested delivery date for Pre-Order items is an estimate only, this date is subject to change. Please also note that pre-order items are pre-production items and thus are not guaranteed and may be cancelled at any time. If you have purchased a pre-order item and the item is cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund.
Delivery Details
All shipping services and costings are detailed below. Our system will automatically select the best option available to you at checkout. Orders paid for by 12:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday*.
Delivery is next working day for UK customers, other countries vary.
*Excluding Bank & Public Holidays.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is now available - Order online & collect from our showroom in Manchester. Our Click & Collect service is free of charge, simply select 'Click & Collect' from the service options at checkout. Click & Collect orders will be available to pick-up from our showroom between Monday and Friday, 10am until 6pm. Please note we are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. Please allow for 4 hours processing time for all Click & Collect orders, for example if you were to order at 9am your Click & Collect will be ready from 12pm onwards. Please bring with you some photographic ID and a copy of your invoice. If you have someone collecting your order on your behalf then please email us prior to collection with the name of the person, who will also need to bring photographic ID and a copy of your invoice. Failure to do so, will prevent you from receiving your order.
You will not be able to collect any Click & Collect orders over the weekend and Bank Holiday periods.

UK Next Working Day* (1 working day) - Express = from £10, Free on orders over £400* (this is excluding VAT)

UK Zone 2 - Shipping Cost £14 includes The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Postcodes - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
UK Zone 3 - Shipping Cost £18 includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes - BT, IM, TR21-25.
E.U Shipping
E.U Delivery* (1-3 days) - Euro Priority Business = from £10, Free on orders starting from over £500*.

- Euro Zone 1 - Cost £15. Free on orders over £500 – Denmark, France, Germany, Georgia, Italy, Kazakstan, Monaco, Republic of Ireland
- Euro Zone 2 - Cost £20. Free on orders over £700 - Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Spain
- Euro Zone 3 - Cost £30. Free on orders over £1000 - Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Turkey

0-10kg = £30. A charge of £6.00 per additional 5kg applies to Euro Zone 4 packages.

Brexit Updates
After Brexit UK is no longer part of European Union, Customers in Europe will no longer be charged UK VAT on any orders placed (as they will be classed as exports).
Customers outside the UK mainland & Europe will be charged taxes, duties and clearance fees once goods reach the delivery country. The courier will normally contact the customer directly to arrange this payment.
Please note invoice do not include the local import duties & Taxes. These local taxes vary from country to country (We have no control over local taxes). For detail information on local taxes please contact your local custom & revenue office.
If the customer fails to pay duties/taxes which results in package being returned, We reserve the right to apply a dispatch & returns shipping charge.
Customers will also require an EORI or importer number to receive goods.
Please note we are experiencing delays on European deliveries as goods are taking longer than normal to clear customs. Customers should expect a delay of 1-2 weeks on delivery.

0-10kg - £50. Then a charge of £14.00 per additional 5kg applies to International Zone 5 packages.
Please note invoices do not include your local import duties and taxes. If these charges are not paid upon delivery then the order will automatically be returned back to us. We reserve the right to apply a dispatch & returns shipping charge and restock fee of up to 25% of the goods value against the purchase amount.
*Courier zonal surcharges will be applied to remote regions.
*Delivery promotions will update automatically on your order when at the checkout stage.
Returns Policy
To return any damaged or incorrect stock please notify info@influencefashion.co.uk quoting your WEB order number, name, style number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the goods (If the items are damaged you must also include photographic evidence of the fault). Once notified, we will then email you an acceptance confirmation email which will include a reference number & instructions on how to complete your return. Please note all UK returns must be received back to us within 5 working days. All International orders must be received back within 7 working days.
If you have received a pack with the incorrect ratio please note we will require the whole pack to be returned to us and we will then send out a fresh pack to you.
All items should be returned in their original condition & packaging with a debit note enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs. Once the items are received by us, your refund will be credited via the same method the original payment was made, or can be exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please note depending on your banks accepting process; there could be a delay in this reflecting in your account.

- Returns should be in their original condition and packaging
- We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post
- We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
- Refunds will be made once the items are received by us
- We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault
- Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment
- We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods
- Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banks accepting process
